About returns and exchanges
・Return and exchange conditions
・Within 5 days including the date of purchase at the store
・Within 10 days including online store shipping date
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Hemming and altering.
・The return deadline has passed.
・If the product has a smell
・If foreign matter is attached (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.)
・If our company determines that the purpose is for resale.
・Products purchased or procured through fraudulent means (including cases that our company deems to be fraudulent)
・Other cases where our company deems it inappropriate to accept returns or exchanges.
・Returns are only accepted at the store where the purchase was made (the store where the payment was made).
